Interviewed Oct 2010 (took a day)
Applied through University Career Center. Got an email saying that I was selected for a behavioral interview.
When I attended the interview, they realized that I had already graduated and told me that the interview was designed for people graduating later that semester. So, they changed the interview to impromptu and asked me questions about my current work place and about my work. It was supposed to be a very small (15 min) interview, but mine went on for about 45 minutes. It was very interesting because they completely stopped asking me behavioral questions and concentrated on my work experience and what I expect from Baker Hughes as a design engineer. Later, I got am email saying that I passed the interview, but had not gotten any other information since.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Houston, TX (took 2 months)
The first question was to talk about what I learned from the company website, so it is very important to impress the interviewer with the amount of research you did beforehand. The rest of the interview was behavioral questions.
