Interviewed Jan 2012 in San Antonio, TX (took a day)
Turned in application the end of December 2011. I got a call two weeks latter to come in and interview. Interviewed in front of a panel of four. Common interview questions. Why the carrer change? 10 year plan?
They were very professional and wanted to make sure I understood the difficulty of this job.
Got a call a day or so latter and was offered the position.
Recieved a call from HR two weeks latter informing me that my offer letter and hiring packet would be sent within a week.
Company seems to be moving fast and need qualified people that understand the lifestyle of the oil field buisness. Military and computer experiance a plus.

Negotiation Details
They pay for truck, base salary, daily rate, per diem, benefits, two weeks vacation. Know what your getting into and from what I can gather be prepared to be compansated well and kiss your social life good bye.

The interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview.
