Interviewed Jan 2012 in Vienna, VA (took 3 weeks)
I was referred by a partner to the Sr. Manager of Recruiting who kept me abreast of where I stood in the process at all times. My office interview consisted of an interview with the Recruiting Manager and two one on one meetings with partners. The interview was scheduled very quickly after my initial referral to the company.

Interviewed Jan 2012 in Chicago, IL (took 4+ weeks)
I was contacted by HR via email to set up a screening phone call. All I was asked was to go down my resume, and then I was asked if I had any questions. No real substance for me to explain myself outside my resume, and the HR representative could not even answer one of my questions. Overall, pretty displeased and not a big fan. I was hoping to gain more insight into the job, and all I got was pretty standard stuff.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in North Chicago, IL (took 5 days)
I interviewed with Baker Tilly from a student career fair. The gentlemen was VERY nice and talked almost the entire time. We barely talked about myself or my qualifications. He was a very nice person, but I received an e-mail 2 days later with a "Thanks, but no thanks."

Interviewed Jan 2011 (took 2 weeks)
Was screened with a phone interview from a recruiter in HR. I was then brought in for a meeting with HR and a remote interview with the hiring manager, who was located in another branch. I was given a skills test on paper that took about 20 minutes. I was then brought back for another interview with the hiring manager in person, plus other team members. Everyone was very professional and very thorough in the questions. I was pretty impressed with my impression of the company, and wish I would have gotten an offer. My advice would be to be prepared for all types of questions, and to especially have lots of questions to ask all the people you're meeting.
