I applied online and the process took 1+ week - interviewed at Balboa Insurance in July 2009.

Interview Details – The interview was rather light and informal, the question were pretty generic, attempting to determine whether the candidates had good conflict resolution skill and experience, that they have good work ethics, that they are technology savvy and good team players. Interview was conducted by the VP and a supervisor of the department the position was for. Mandatory overtime wasn't disclosed during the interview.

Negotiation Details – I did not degotiate at all, but got a 1.20/hr raise from my previous job.
