Interviewed Apr 2011 (took 2 weeks)
I had an initial meeting with the principal at a hiring fair. I then came in for a "tour" which turned into an interview about a week later. The following week, I had to do a 45 minute sample lesson plan with approximately 25 students. The people were generally nice but did not offer that much advice.

Interviewed Nov 2010 (took 2+ weeks)
They had me email my critiques of scenarios with new teachers and also several theoratical questions. Then after the 1;1 interview they had me watch a very brief video of a classroom teacher and role-play with a staff member. It was quite weird and not a very effective tool to judge a resource person. In the end I was not picked even though I feel that I could have done that job very well and helped out new teachers. I feel that it's hard to pass judgment and evaluate the efficiency of a new teacher from a video.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in Baltimore, MD (took 1+ week)
I enjoyed the interview for the job. Wished they had given further details. The interviewer was well composed and nice. I seemed under-qualified for the position due to my lack of current certification to teach, so the position was not offered to me, understandably so I suppose.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in Baltimore, MD (took 2 days)
I was contacted with strictly via email and asked to make the trip to interview for the position within a week. I felt really positive about the interview with the person I had been in contact with only via email and she invited me to come back the next day to meet with her boss. However, due to his busy schedule, the interview was cancelled about 3-4 hours in advance of the meeting. Instead of interview 2, I was asked to complete two assignments over the weekend. I heard about 2 weeks later that they were moving forward with the other 2 candidates. Although it required a lot of work, it has helped me prepare for subsequent interviews.
