Interview Details – I went to a local store and brought a resume into HR and had the Hr director come out and talk to me for a few minutes which was a nice change. she then asked me to attend a group interview a few days later. she briefed the five of us on the job details and the company, then had us answer some general questions about selling and had us role-play with her as a customer trying to sell a random item to her to get a sense of how we would think on our feet.
Interview Question – none really Answer Question
Reason for Declining – low pay, $10/hr flat with no commission and I had other better-paying options
Other Details - I applied in-person and the process took 3 days.
