Interviewed Sep 2009 in Hamilton, NJ (took 4 weeks)
The Manager was nice and I was happy they called me back. One one interview was short (15-20min.) and straight to the point type. He looked at my last pay which was around 12/hour and said that this was what they usually pay. He said he liked me and that they will give me a call later in the week with details. I was all happy to find a great job. Later he called me and said that he checked and they don't pay what he originally told me, but 8.25/hour. I was like "whaaat"... and declined the offer. Very, very unprofessional.

Reason for Declining
After we initially agreed on higher pay, the manager called me and said, they will be paying me probably the same that Wall-Mart does. I am a great, and too experienced Sales Associate to be paid those silly money.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
