Interviewed Jun 2007 (took 2 weeks)
Had a 1:1 interview with the admin manager. Nothing too difficult, just your typical interview questions. Lasted about a half hour. Afterwards, I was asked to take the SIA test, which basically tests your math and financial accounting skills. It is supposedly indicadive of your ability to pass the 7 and 66. Anything over 50% was passing.

I was an internal hire, so they knew my existing salary and wouldn't budge.
