As any job interview in a big company in Chile. Many test as well as personal and group interviews. I think that they were more concern about my expected salary than about my background. Maybe, because my backgraoun and skills fit the job. Also many competition and a long time process, so if you do not receive news, don't be worry obout it. Also, you have to wear very formal and elegant since you are in a commercial bank.
