Initial phone screen, then onsite interview. Several 1:1 with senior developers and then a panel with junior team members which lasted for over an hour each. Asked typical brain teaser type questions and grilled me about technical trivia.

I was contacted for several different positions ranging from Project Manager to database admin. Spoke with 5 different hiring manager. It was explained to me that I met so many different job qualifications that all of these folks were interested in speaking to me.

Reason for Declining
You ever get the impression that somebody is BS'ing you? As soon as I was told of how "badass" they were in my initail interview I was amused. By the end of the 3 hour interview I was disgusted. The word was used so much I couldn't take the company seriously.
