Interviewed May 2011 in Jonesboro, GA (took a day)
They simply asked standard employer hiring questions. For Instance, decribe a time in which a customer was particularly difficult and how you were able to handle it. They had two people interview me a one time one person they said was learning the interview process. The interview took less than an hour I believe.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Atlanta, GA (took 2 weeks)
Very casual interview. No behavioral questions, just general conversation and some discussion of why I was interested in the banking industry. We talked about B of A's future, mergers, etc. Everyone I talked to throughout the process worked at home, which wasn't appealing to me.

Received and Declined Offer

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Atlanta, GA (took a day)
The part of their interviewing process started with a telephone interview. The interview started out okay. It was one of those "tell me about a time when" interviews. I distincly remember one of the questions being "Tell me about a time when you used your analytical skills to solve a problem". I feel like I gave a great answer to the question because not only had I used my analytical skills to solve a problem before, but I actually had a specific answer ready for this question-so I was not caught off guard with this one. Although I gave a long drawn out detailed answer, I was still told to explain myself again-which I did, only to be told by the interviewer that she still did not understand. It was frustrating.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Atlanta, GA (took 3 days)
The first interview was a group interview that consisted of about 12 other applicants. The recruiter made the process very easy going and dare I say, fun! The interview was about 2.5 hours and the recruiter promised to email or call with her decision. I got a call the next day letting me know that I made it to the next step which was to interview with the banking center manager after a successful background check. The banking center manager was very polite the interview went very well and within two days I heard back from the recruiter and I accepted the position.
