It was awesome......this recruiter named Donny was amazing and really sold the company to me. After taking two assessments, I then met with the District Manager and was very impressed with his passion for the company. Offer was made and accepted same day.

Very professional communications- A 30 minute phone interview to start with a follow up call to set up an initial interview.
First interview was 1 on 1 with a HR recruiter and lasted a few hours. There was the general behavioral questions. There was also a role play- they gave you a variety of scenarios and wanted to see how you, as a manager, would handle them. They did provide feedback for you.
After this interview, I interviewed with the person who would be my manager. It was an hour-long meeting with behavioral questions as well.
