Interviewed Jan 2009 (took 2 days)
They are slow. Seem to take forever. Will sit on application for weeks and then want you to come in the next day. Otherwise process was okay. Did take 3 months to get to a decision and a low ball offer. I had to decline. Will not consider again at this time.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.

Interviewed Jun 2008 in Sherman, TX (took 2 weeks)
Applied with the company, completed application. Next step was a telephone interview by a screener, then met with banking center personnel. If they have an interest in you, an assessment will be scheduled. If you "pass" you will be offed the position. A drug test will follow and then you can begin work.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in Wethersfield, CT (took 1+ week)
First there was a phone interview to conduct some pre-screening questions. After completing that, I was asked to meet with local banking representatives to have a personal face-to-face interview. That meeting was held at one of the local Hartford area branches of the bank. During the interview, I discussed my past financial analysis experience in numerous jobs that I have held over the years.

Interviewed Dec 2009 (took a day)
I got through to Bank of America through the efforts of the on campus recruiting office. The interview consisted of primarily personality based questions. The technical questions that were asked of me were very basic and presented little difficulty in answering them. The overall mood of the interview was not as intense as I had expected, which may have had to do with the fact that it was the week before christmas.
