Interviewed May 2012 in Charlotte, NC (took 3 days)
I was asked questions about the software which was being implemented and I was going to help implement. The question were easy and I think I did well. Recruiter told me later that the project got shelved.
The person asking question was courteous and very knowledgeable about the subject matter.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Charlotte, NC (took a day)
Very friendly interviewers. Bank of America embodies a very friendly yet professional atmosphere and you can see that from all employees. I was glad that the actual practioners in the division I applied for interviewed me rather than some HR person. Asked why I was interested in BoA and why the division.
One MBA recent hire and one my school alum interviewers. Very communicative and all behavior questions. Received an offer the day after.

Interviewed Feb 2012 in Charlotte, NC (took 4+ weeks)
Oncampus interview followed by onsite interivew at Charlotte. Oncampus interview consisted of 1 round that lasted for 20 mins. It was purely behavioural. The onsite interview had 3 rounds. I was interviewd by VP, Managers etc from various teams. All these 3 rounds were also completely behavioural - what was the most challenging situation you faced while dealing with customers, why BoA etc. I am surprised how they could shortlist candidates for technical positions without asking any technical questions!

Interviewed Mar 2012 in Charlotte, NC (took a day)
Applied through my schools career services got an email to set up an initial phone interview. Had a 20 min phone interview then got flown to Charlotte for a day with 3 1 on 1 interviews with three different people. Pretty general behavioral questions, said there was going to be technical ones but they were all about describing different experiences you had had and how you dealt with them.

It was a very quick process responding to my application and hearing back so quickly (in just a few days) after my interview. I interviewed with an risk operational executive not an HR/recruiter so the interview questions were reasonably focused.
