I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Bank of America in April 2008.

Interview Details – The 1st step was a phone interview with the regional recruiter who then set up interviews with the DM and the Site Lead (VP of the department). You 1st sit with the DM (department manager) and if that interview goes well your on to the Site leader. These are standard interveiws Q/A's

Interview Question – Nothing out of the ordinary   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – No Negotiations, you start with a standard salary but you have the potential to get incentive payouts (which have been reduced drastically since BOA took over MBNA)
