You can end up getting lost within the line of business you're in if you're not determined and motivated to advance in your career. Lack of training opportunities, encouragement and resources to assist you in acquiring new skills for future roles is what one will encounter, while working here. Easily turned down at interviews within the company if you don't have the required skills for the job position at hand. How many years you've been with the company, your performance at past and current job positions and education, are not taken into consideration.

It was quick and easy. Very direct, to the point, they knew what they were looking for, what they had to offer, and it was a good match for the both of us. I am extremely looking forward to working at this company soon.
