Interviewed Jul 2009 in East Providence, RI (took 3 weeks)
I originally applied online and was immediately given a ridiculous call simulation test. After passing this I was contacted via voice-mail by a recruiter who left a specific contact number and extension. Unfortunately what the recruiter failed to mention was that she was going on vacation that same week: after nearly two weeks of attempting to contact someone in her department, another recruiter called who briefly conducted a phone interview before scheduling a face to face with my future manager. I had explained to her numerous times that while I was interested, I had a current employer that I honestly wanted to give at least two week's notice. She advised me I would be able to and that the two week delay due to my assigned recruiter going on vacation would not affect this.
After the one on one, I was called the following day and offered the job. She then sent me to the Lincoln, RI facility for a finger printing and to provide copies of my ID documents in the morning, however, I later found out she had meant the East Providence center. ( I confirmed it was in Lincoln, twice, as it had originally sounded odd to me.) Upon arriving almost thirty minutes late, I was greeted by the original recruiter with less than a stellar attitude. After apologizing and explaining what had happened, she gave me a cold attitude and remarked that I "definitely wasn't told that."
By the time the hiring process was over, I literally had two days to notify my then, current, employer. I felt absolutely awful. (During training I later found out that this had happened to several others as well.)

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Newark, DE (took 3 days)
I was called by a recruiter and was asked some basic questions about my resume. The recruiter seemed to like me, so I was told that I would be called by the next level recruiter. I was contacted by this person, and she asked me additional questions related to the position. After speaking with her, she told me that I would hear back within the next 1-2 weeks. I received a call about 1 week later and told that they would like to bring me in for an interview.

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took a day)
BOA job fair and hire on same day. Wow! This is great, will not take days for decision. First 1:1 very good interview. Interviewer stated " resume is awesome, lot of experience , Let me ask the hiring manager to interview you now. After ten minutes into interview with manager, she asked what is my strong and weak quality. After my answers, she stated I needed to have atleast 2 years experience in this area of customer service. We do offer some training but would not be enough to help me give a client a intelligent answer to some questions they might have. I think you would be better in a position doing your own thing .. Now you know I was in shock! I question her on 2years experience . I had the job requirements and job description with me,which did not request 2 years of experience !! She seemed perturbed that I would question her reason for not hiring me. I also asked her to tell me if one of my responses had been the reason ? She seemed to become very uncomfortable but managed to stumble over a response that didnot make sense. I have supervised a team of customer service reps. If there is a weak link or a personality that is not harmonious with the team, it can be a challenge and hard to supervise ,but it can be done. Based on my 25 years in this field, I felt this was the real reason for not hiring me and do you believe I had the audacity to tell her that in a professional manner. She didnot respond. Interview was over.

Interviewed Jun 2009 (took 2 weeks)
I believe that the hiring process was a little difficult. There were many complications and road blocks throughout the entire process. The people who took my fingerprints should receive more training. I did end up having to go through two interviews due to mistakes that were made. I am happy to say that I did end up with a fantastic manager and a wonderful team.
