Met with a recruiter at a job fair. Very nice woman. Received call promptly for interview 1:1 with Team Manager. Received offer w/in 2 days and accepted.

Did not negotiate - offered reasonable salary. Bonus was a little exagerated.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.

The interview process began with a simple phone call, and then it elaborated to a phone interview another day, an in person interview another day, and a language interpretation test another day, in the course of about 2 weeks. This was for a bilingual position.

Negotiation Details

No real negotiation, they offered and you took it or left it. The BIG thing to keep in mind is to elaborate to them while in the interview phase if you have any important dates in the Future YEAR they ask near future, and I said no back in November/december of 2007- but that meant the year- So I got kind of stuck for my June 2008 wedding. Also make a big emphasis if you are a Student or they will not budge for flexible schedule- if you werent noted as a "student".
