Interviewed Oct 2009 in Dallas, TX (took 4+ weeks)
People in the office were fair. However, they were a small office and needed experienced people in the industry. The hours aren't bad compared to other offices in BOA and in investment banking in general. Two interview rounds (first panel interview, then super day with one-on-one interviews).

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Richardson, TX (took 1 week)
Interviewed by phone with a recruiter. Then has a personal interview with 3 department managers. The interviewers were cordial and professional. The questions they asked were situational, what would you do in this situation, describe a situation where you had to work under pressure, how did you resolve a confilct with an employee or manager. Where do you see yourself in 5 years. What is your management style and other similar questions. None of the questions were unexpected, difficult or tricky. I thought the interview went very well and was frankly surprised that i was not offered the position. Overall the experience was positive and i continue the interview process for other positions.
