Application Details

I applied through college or university. The process took a dayinterviewed at Bank of America in February 2013.

Interview Details

The initial interview process was simple. I applied through my school's website and then heard back to arrange an appointment to be interviewed. Once at the interview, there were two rounds. Both rounds were with an associate of Bank of America. Most questions asked were normal questions like, "what is a hardship that you have faced while at work?" or "Give an example of where you had to be in charge of others and had a disagreement with your co-workers." Overall, the interview was not too bad, although some questions were hard.

Interview Questions
  • A difficult question that I encountered dealt with accounting, even though the position I was applying for was for a finance major. You had to know what accounts (expense, asset, liabilities) were affected in a given situation. I found this to be a little difficult since I had not gone over my accounting notes from a few semesters back.   Answer Question
