I applied online via my school's career center. I've received an email from the recruiter a few days later to set up a phone interview. I interviewed with a Tech manager located in Virginia. She was very intrigued by my credentials and interview went very well. I was selected for final round interviews in Charlotte, NC a few a days later. I flew into Charlotte, (travel and lodging courtesy of the bank) checked into the hotel where they gave an itinerary of events for 2 days. Later that evening consisted of a dinner reception, where they judge your social skills amongst the hiring managers. The next day consisted of 3 separate one on one interviews with the managers from the reception the night before, which started around 8am. This is a two year rotational which consist of one technical and one non-technical roles. I am Computer Science graduate and I was anticipating some technical aptitude screening, however there weren't any. Behavioral questions existed only. I've done very well on those interviews. Unfortunately, despite being very qualified for the position, those SOBs decided not to extend me an offer. Good luck.

Telephone interview with very pleasant lady. Brought in for a 3 hour interview process. Met with several managers. Some were unprepared.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in New York, NY (took 2 days)
found a listing through my college's career site and got an internship with them through it. signed up through my school's system, and the interview was scheduled for 30 minutes. figured it would be a fairly straightforward interview, and prepared by thoroughly going through my resume and practicing the typical interview questions.
met with the interviewer in the morning and the session did turn out as i expected. went over my resume and asked questions like, "describe a difficult situation you faced, and how did you overcome it?"
very straightforward.
near the end, the interviewer surprised me by asking if i had extra time for a more technical interview. fortunately, i did have the time, but it came out of nowhere and turned out to be an additional 30 minute technical interview with another person. the technical portion was not like i had experience before. there were no brain teasers or test questions. he mostly asked more technical questions about my resume and classwork like, "what kind of languages did you use on so and so project?" or "what's your favorite programming language and why?"
got called back for a second round interview the next day. it consisted of another one-on-one interview with yet another different interviewer. the questions still focused on my resume and past experience but seemed more focused on how it fit with the position. i took this opportunity to ask a lot of questions about the nature of the work, work culture, and career path of the interviewer. she was very kind about answering them and was open and willing to answer all of them.
they said they would let me know whether i got the position after the interview, but there was no response at all for months so i assume i didn't get the position. tried to ask for a card or a way of contacting them after the interview, but they had none to offer.

Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 3 weeks)
1st interview was on telephone with 4 Senior Managers. It was mostly based on my work experience, past projects, past employers, education and skills. Behavioral questions were the major portion.
2nd interview was 1:1 with the line manager for the position. It was more on the technical inclination with the technologies being used in the job under consideration. Some conceptual questions regarding what is project management, how do you handle conflicting situations, how you handle different stakeholders and differing opinions. Working under pressure, working extra hours when required.
