Hiring process was quick, 1 tech test, 1 tech interview, 1 management interview and 1 HR round. Everything went on very quickly, but they took too much time to release the offer..

Not much... The HR feels that you are stealing money from his/her own pocket. So they wouldn't allow you to negotiate much..

Interviewed May 2011 in Gurgaon, Haryana (India) (took 2 weeks)
I had got this interview through a Job consultant. They had asked me to come to their office as the panel was visiting my city for the interview for F-F interview. I have always admired BOA and hence went for the interview. The interview was for BA Continuum India which I realized is the non banking back office of BOA. The interview was detailed but good. one of them was a technical guy and asked me mainly about statistical techniques. Their main focus was on logistic regression. After the interview I got an email from the consultant that I was short listed and I received a call from the HR who had come for the interview to schedule next interview with the gurgaon team. The interview went well from my side. The guy asked me my aspiration and what am I looking for. I told him what I work in currently as I do statistical modeling then he said maybe I am not a fit in the team as they mainly do reporting. Irrespective, I got call from the same HR 15-20 mins after my interview scheduling a client call after 2 days. The call got postponed and he mentioned he will let me know when it is rescheduled and since then I have not heard anything from them. I just find this rude, I am not asking them to recruit me but atleast they should have emailed me out of courtesy.
