I applied for the job online but also went to the branch that was hiring and handed them a copy of my resume because I felt it was better to have a face to the name. I did several phone interviews with the recruiter and then finally had an interview with the brach manager.

The interview process went fairly quickly for me. A recruiter called and did a phone interview. From there, she forwarded my information to the branch... They scheduled out an in-person interview, and was offered the position within the week. Interview was down with the Assistant Branch Manager. The branches have a high turn-over, and the branch I was at was short staffed for a while. That may have caused me to get hired so quickly. My advice would be, say "teamwork" as much as possible in past experiences. Bank of America hires employees that are just like their customers... Very diverse and many different personalities.

They offered a fair pay rate, so I didn't negotiate. They do give very little money on the dollar for more experience. Everyone in the branch gets about the same pay rate, give or take .50

Met at campus career fair. Was immediately offered an interview, and also went to pre-night interviewees only dinner. The interview itself wasn't difficult and was very standard questions. I wasn't expecting it to be 2:1, but they were friendly.
Everything after was unprofessional. It's been 2 months almost since I interviewed and no reply from them. I have attempted to follow up multiple times with no response.

I applied online for the part-time teller associate position at Bank of America on a Friday. It was a very lengthy process. I had to provide personal information and employment history. With that, I attached a resume and pasted a cover letter. After the application was complete, I took a skills test and personality survey. By Monday morning, I received an email from a recruiter stating that I had successfully completed the Teller Assessment and that they wanted to schedule an interview with me after I answered a couple more questions from the E-mail. Before my interview I had to supply a complete and accurate work and residence history along with background information. My scheduled interview was set for a week later but the recruiter called for the interview the next day. Later that week, I got a notification that they will not be continuing the hiring process.

Tell about a previous experience in solving conflict with team members and some other behavior questions. The interviewer was professional and the questions are detail oriented.

An HR generalist called first. No technical questions at all. She was just gauging my interest in the position.
Followed a few days later by the head of the department. This was brief maybe 30 minutes. Most of the time on the phone was going over my resume.
The interview was mostly behavioral and focused on making sure I was a good personality fit with the group. A few technical questions but they were vague and you did not have to answer them specifically. Along the lines of what would you do if __________ happened.
