Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Fairfax, VA – Reviewed Dec 27, 2012
Interview Details – Panel interview and basic questions with HR. 1 on 1 interview process with the branch manager. The hiring process is tedious because you do have to deal with a lot of paperwork. So there is quite a lot of traveling to be dealt with.
Interview Question – Have you dealt with an irate customer, describe a situation and how did you resolve it. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No negotiation.
Other Details - I applied online and the process took 1 week.
