It was fast, not painful at all. They know what they are doing, and direct to the point. A great experience, no mistery about what you can expect from the salary expectations, hiring process, training atec.
The interviewers are friendly and down to earth, the phone interview is done with someone from headquarters (Atlanta) and from the Human Resources, the 1:1 interview is with the manager in your territory.

The overall compensation plan is good, and realistic, I have interviewed with another companies within the same field and this one of the best one to work with.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
