Interviewed Apr 2011 in Dallas, TX (took a day)
The interview process is quite simple. First you receive a phone call from a recruiter who then sets up a date for a 1:1. The phone interview is relatively short and mainly consists of setting up the 1:1 interview. During the 1:1 interview representative that I met with was extremely pleasant and outgoing. Questions that were included in the first round of interviews mainly consisted of my education and my previous work experience. I was then called again and invited back for a 2nd round which took place with a manager that was equally pleasant to deal with. This time I would later find out was a direct manager over the team and asked behavioral questions such as, "Tell me about a time where you had to work with 2 people that wanted to attack a project in completely different ways." Of course I was asked about my background and education as well but mostly behavioral questions.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Charlotte, NC (took 1 week)
Applied for position online; received phone call from HR to set up face-to-face interview; had face-to-face interview with two managers of the department; they asked basic evaluation questions, went over job description and then went over my background and how my experience was a perfect match for the position; they thought I was a good fit for the position; following week had an 8 minute telephone interview with manager of the department; he asked a couple of evaluation questions along with the usual why should BOA hire me; couple of days later received the dreadful email, basically was not offered position; their loss.
