Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Albuquerque, NM Jan 2012 – Reviewed Jun 20, 2012
Interview Details – I originally applied online and then a friend who was a current employee put in a recommendation for me as well. I applied online the first week in January, received a phone interview within 2 weeks, and a 1:1 interview a week after that with a start date in mid February. For the interviews, I prepared for the "when have you had ____ experience"? Biggest suggestion is to make sure to dress professionally for 1:1 interview, relax, and don't over-think answers.
Interview Question – Dealing with a difficult customer-how to handle without having to drag a supervisor in and deliver difficult information to the customer without offending them Answer Question
