I went bad. Arrived on time for the interview, but the site had several buildings, and I was directed to a wrong one, by the time it was able to communicate with the interviewer, was 15 minutes past the hour.
BOA representative was not happy about it, wanted to reschedule but never offered a time. Did not complete the process

I had to go through 3 rounds of interview that was very intensive. Also they do a very thorough background check and it can take forever for completion. The compensation is fair and competitive with industry competitors. Also they do provide relocation packages for new employers.

I applied on the Bank of America website for this particular position and I was contacted by a BoA recruiter a few days later. I was very impressed with the facilities and the overall friendliness of the people at my interview location. The interview consisted of general behavioral questions and wasn't too intimidating.

got through an online postings and interviewed with 5 people including manager peers and others on team. Interviews were not too structured and each had their own style. no trick questions or tests. HR was helpful in negotiating as the a middle man between the hiring manager and myself. they did come close to what i asked for.
