Interviewed Jul 2009 in East Providence, RI (took 3 weeks)
I originally applied online and was immediately given a ridiculous call simulation test. After passing this I was contacted via voice-mail by a recruiter who left a specific contact number and extension. Unfortunately what the recruiter failed to mention was that she was going on vacation that same week: after nearly two weeks of attempting to contact someone in her department, another recruiter called who briefly conducted a phone interview before scheduling a face to face with my future manager. I had explained to her numerous times that while I was interested, I had a current employer that I honestly wanted to give at least two week's notice. She advised me I would be able to and that the two week delay due to my assigned recruiter going on vacation would not affect this.
After the one on one, I was called the following day and offered the job. She then sent me to the Lincoln, RI facility for a finger printing and to provide copies of my ID documents in the morning, however, I later found out she had meant the East Providence center. ( I confirmed it was in Lincoln, twice, as it had originally sounded odd to me.) Upon arriving almost thirty minutes late, I was greeted by the original recruiter with less than a stellar attitude. After apologizing and explaining what had happened, she gave me a cold attitude and remarked that I "definitely wasn't told that."
By the time the hiring process was over, I literally had two days to notify my then, current, employer. I felt absolutely awful. (During training I later found out that this had happened to several others as well.)

Interviewed Sep 2009 in Providence, RI (took 3 weeks)
I interviewed first as a contractor and after one year was offered a full time permanent position. Be careful and listen closely to what you hear about the specific job tasks and the environment. The organization is very large, siloed and inflexible, so understand that the position you are in or offered will be difficult to escape from.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Cranston, RI (took 1+ week)
I applied online, two day later the recruiter contacted me for a 30 minutes phone interview. The interview went very well. It was like a role play interview and it was about how you handle privacy for customers, if you goo by the rules or if you break them sometimes etc etc.
