Interviewed Jul 2011 (took 4+ weeks)
I had a series of phone interviews, starting with a Recruiter, then moving to a hiring manager-level interview. That interview was unusual because on the call was actually a 2 hiring managers plus an employee who had the same job that I was applying to. I felt the questions were fair and thorough.

Negotiation Details
I had been doing work for the company on a contract with a 3rd party. As a contractor my take-home pay was obviously higher than what I knew I'd be offered. When it came time to convert, the salary was Ok, but I pushed back just by saying that while I knew I was going to earn less as a FTE with the company, I wanted to minimize the drop-off compared to my contracting rate. They were only able to come up $1k/yr but it was better than nothing.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview.

Interviewed Nov 2010 (took 3 weeks)
interviewed with several hiring managers and a peer. Peer was late for interview, didn't have prepared questions, and had to end interview early. Needed to prep that person for how to interview prospective peers.
Other Details
