Interviewed Dec 2009 in South Lake Tahoe, CA (took 6 days)
1st -Screening phone interview
2nd- Online skills assessment test
3rd - 1 hour phone interview with HR recruiter
4th - Online Coaching skills assessment test
5th - Interview with district manager & assistant
Bof A seems to be all about them without much importance placed on work/home balance. I feel age & length of time in banking(possible old school mentality) was used as a negative against my qualifications. I am glad I was not offered a position - not the right atmosphere for me.

Interviewed Feb 2008 in Rancho Cordova, CA (took 2 days)
First a recruiter calls you and does a mini-phone interview. She asked questions such as "tell me about a time when you have went over and above for a customer." Then, you go to the market office. I was interviewd, it took about 1/2 hour. She asked questions like "what position do you plan to go on to from here?" "greates strength/weakness." She was pleasant. She then made an appointment for another interview with the manager of the branch. The manager of the branch was already sure she wanted me ( she told me to apply) so she basically just told me the job requirements and resposibilties.
