first a test consisting of aptitude , English and programming questions
selcted students had a 1:1 interview in which questions related to your project and general C questions were asked

they said i can be switched between a developer , analyst or a maintenance guy

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.

they came to our college campus for recruitment. First was a simple written round with 3 section each with 20 questions, 1st was verbal ability ,2nd aptitude and 3rd was technical. written was very simple.
then i had a 1:1 interview in which interviewer asked me about myself my projects and then what is data abstraction and some simple database query.

the growth and salary hike is not that great. and there was a bond which i had to sign(since they were offering joining bonus).

The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.
