Interviewed Mar 2012 in Chicago, IL (took a day)
Met at campus career fair. Was immediately offered an interview, and also went to pre-night interviewees only dinner. The interview itself wasn't difficult and was very standard questions. I wasn't expecting it to be 2:1, but they were friendly.
Everything after was unprofessional. It's been 2 months almost since I interviewed and no reply from them. I have attempted to follow up multiple times with no response.

Interviewed Apr 2011 (took a day)
The interview was held by a man from the Fixed Income Tech department. He wasn't very talkative and stuck to cliche questions. If you got passed this round they would invite you to the next round in New York City in person. If you got through that one you would have to go through HR.

Phone interview :
I have been asked the general introduction questions: Why BofA ? Why technology ?
Then some competency based questions like describe a situation when you took leadership.
For the last part I had some technical questions: what's a deadlock, how can one avoid it.
I must mention that the interviewer was very friendly.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Hopewell, NJ (took a day)
Applied online through college recruiting and got an interview
Went in for the interview on campus. Consisted mostly of pretty simple core Java questions, some object-oriented terminology, and a quick programming brain teaser.
Overall the interview was very relaxed and the interviewer seemed very easy going.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Charlotte, NC (took 2 days)
I had applied through my University's career center. The first round was an HR round. The guy was really friendly. He was a techie and was asking questions out of question sheet.
General HR questions:
What is your strenght?
One instance when you have led a team and what was the outcome?
One project when you achieved more than the expectations of your boss or your teacher?
( I dont remember any more questions but all of them were behavioral)
2nd round: I got a call in the evening of the first day that I had been selected for the second round of interview and was told that it would be a technical interview.
The interview was actually a mix of HR and technical. There were two people on the panel and both of them had been with BOA for more than 10 years.
They asked me in detail about everything I had written on my resume. They went into the technical aspects of some of the projects that I had done. There were some basic HR questions thrown in between.
I had mentioned on my CV that I knew SQL and C++.
They asked me a few basic questions about databases like different types of keys, joins, a few questions on RDBMS.
C++: A few questions on concepts of OOP, virtual functions etc.
PS: I am a graduate student in Industrial Engineering so they interviewed me mainly for a business analyst's role. So probably the technical questions they asked me were a lot different from what they would have asked from Comp Sc graduates.
