then they will email you if you are selected for the interviews
Before the interview, they will give a 30 minutes introduction about the program and then divide all the interviewers into groups to do the group discussion.

Submit the cv, get the phone call from HR to have the first interview with the Department manager, that is the future direct manager. Interview is mainly about the background check and education and some special question. Lasts around 40 minutes. And have to wait for the next call for interview with HR about the salary and benefit. if the next call does not come, you are out.

First I took the online test and then I got the phone interview. They are very interested in my background and then ask me lots of technical questions and I did a good job. Then I went to Beijing for onsite interview. There were 5 people who interviewed me that day. Some of them asked the behavior questions and some of them asked me some technical questions.
