Interview Details –
This is a first round interview with HR so the atmosphere is extremely friendly. Generally they only need to know who you are and what do you know about BNY etc. Even if you can't talk much, don't worry as the interviewer will talk a lot (introducing the job, the structure of BNY...)
Very basic questions, nothing really tricky. They will try their best to encourage and praise you.

Interview Details – Posted up my Resume on Career Builders and Monster.com, got a call from their HR asking to tell her about myself, what I was looking for and to see if I understood the job functions of the position I applied for. Face-to-face with the hiring manager was very simple, she asked about my studies, which class was my favorite and some background about myself. Very very laid back atmosphere.
Interview Question – None, all very easy questions for entry level position. (AIS accountant 2) Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No negotiation, HR told me the base salary ($38000) with no bonus and basically no over-time. 2 weeks vacation forst 2 years and 3 weeks on the 2nd year of employment.
