Had a first round interview on college campus for position of financial analyst with the bank. It consisted with a 2:1 interview, a director and a HR recruiter. It was all behavioral. They did ask you if you know how banks make money. The process of interview was fast, efficient. They were both really friendly and patient.

After a phone interview, was invited for a in-person interview the following week. Interview was with the Hiring manager and HR. I was told to that they would be making the hiring decision the following week, but was not called until 3 weeks later. Not sure what took them so long to call... overall positive experience.
