Interview very easy going, no new tactics, it is one on one.

the negotiation is terrible, there is none, unless you are a male, males get paid more than females

Interviewed with supervisor and separately with manager. Straight forward questions. No situational questions. Test was simple math. Process was positive and expectation was a positive outcome.

Interviewed Jan 2008 in Phoenix, AZ (took 2 weeks)
Interview process included 1:1 interview with supervisor and group interview with peers. HR Interview, Physicial, Drug Test, TB Skin Test etc. Banner is a great place to work and I highly recommend a job at Banner Health.
