Interview was not bad, but this facility has implementing a new process. It requires that I had to interview with the nurse manager, the assistant nurse managers, and director. So I basically just interviewed in a group first then one on one with the director of that floor. Advice is to show a lot of personality that's what they really looking for.

They called me in for an interview, went to hr, the manager came down to talk to me, took me on a tour of the unit, peer interviewed me, and then sent me back to HR.

The interviewer was late to the interview which was informal and over lunch. She did not value that I was in Grad school (an evening MBA program specializing in Healthcare Administration) and pretty much blew me off when this came up. She told me she would be following up with me to schedule another interview. I sent a thank you note and email as well as a follow up call and never heard from her again. It is very unprofessional to treat people that way... If you don't like them, tell them why, if you don't value education don't act like you do, and don't lie to people about following up with them when you don't plan to...
