Interviewed Dec 2010 in City of London, England (United Kingdom) (took 5 days)
First round was written test. It was java written test and c# bloke came in the end. He had printed some java Q & A and was asking looking at it. He himself was embarassed when I said something which is not printed in his answer sheet.. Anyway I cleared the test and was called for second round.
Second round was more horrible. Hiring manager started from my pre university days. Questions like why do you like IT and project you did in uni ( I left uni like 7 years ago ) and all that stuff for two hours ! Exhausted towards the end.
Finally they rejected stating I dont have enough exposure.

I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Skills Test.
