I applied to the position through snagajob.com and was asked to come in for an interview about 1 week from the day I submitted the online application. I was notified beforehand that it was to be a group interview. When I arrived on campus, there were 4 other people I was to be interviewed with. The operations manager interviewed us and asked standard questions about work experience, service vs selling, biggest weaknesses and strengths, and situation type scenarios. After the interview, we were notified that we would be contacted on Wednesday if we were selected (interview was on Monday). I was called on Tuesday to confirm my availability, but no offer of employment was made. I was called again on Wednesday to once again confirm my availability. On Friday, I was called and was finally offered employment.

I submitted an application in-store and got a call a week and a half later. They told me they were holding interviews the next day. I was interviewed by both the manager and associate manager in the office in the back. Overall, it was pretty basic. I was asked to elaborate on my resume, we discussed my availability, and they asked me the usual interview questions.

I was asked to describe myself, why I wanted to work for the company and how I would handle rude customers. I was asked about my availability; whether I was able to work flexible hours, and if I had any issues working weekends.
