Interviewed Jul 2011 (took 2 weeks)
1:1 interview with store manager followed by an interview with the regional manager and store manager together. The initial 1:1 with the store manager was pretty informal. Seemed like he was mostly feeling me out to see if we had similar philosophies on customer service. The second interview with the regional manager was much more in-depth. I was asked a series of behavioral questions and given an incredible description of the college textbook business. I was then encouraged to asked questions, which turned into a great dialogue. They answered every question I had about the business and the fact that they probed me so well made me very confident that I was going to be surrounded by other talented individuals.
