Walked in, dropped off my application, and within five minutes a manager asked if I could do an on-site interview. We talked for about thirty minutes, pretty standard interview. How do you deal with conflict, do you like to read, etc. I had a great time talking to the manager and we set up a secondary interview just to meet-and-greet the regional manager.
