Interview Details – There was a fairly short phone interview (about 20 minutes) and then a face to face interview and computer skills test. You are tested on somewhat basic MS Office skills. (The program they used tested me on MS Office 2003... this was 2011). Her assistant was friendly but the culture was a little bit pretentious. It was very much a cookie-cutter interview. I was told I should have worn pearls by my interviewer... You will take a spelling test. Altogether the whole thing took about 2 hours.
