Very Easy Interview
I applied in-person - interviewed at Baskin Robbins in January 2014.
Interview Details – Turned in my job application and within the following week got a call from the manager. She set up an interview the following day and she just asked me what was my schedule like and if I was willing to memorize all the ingredients from the menu. Told me to wait for her email and up till now still got no email back.

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Baskin Robbins in April 2012.
Interview Details – Easy. Got the call and had the interview at one the tables in the store. Quick conversation and was hired immediately.

Negotiation Details – Not able to negotiate. Hourly rate was told straightforward and I was smart enough knowing this was my first job than to ask for more.

Interview Details – I went in and I was very nervous, but it was a very relaxed interview. He went through all the rules of the workplace and I agreed to not break them and he'd check off one by one as we went through. He only asked me two or three questions. I think, when can you start, are you in school, and do you live close enough to get here on time.

Negotiation Details – Consider your schedule, make sure you tell your boss 2 weeks in advance to be able to have your days off when you need them. Also, if you're sick, you need a doctors note to prove it.

Interview Details – I had the interview with the store owner. He was pretty much casual about it. He made the decision instantly and offered me a job. However, I had a referral from someone who was already working in that store for many years.

Interview Details – You bring in a resume as they don't give out applications. If the store is hiring and the owner likes your resume that he will call you for an interview. If you get past the interview you have to go to an orientation.

Negotiation Details – I was told I would make 8.00 an hour
