Collector at Bass & Associates

Declined Offer – Interviewed in Tucson, AZ Jan 2012 – Reviewed Jan 24, 2012

Interview Details – DO NOT INTERVIEW HERE !!!!!!!!! Very negative caustic interview and hiring process. ALL communications and processes by this employer are strictly "one-way", absolutely NO respect for the individual. Since these firm collects bills that are past due, I suspect they treat there employees the same as they do those they collect from--- treat both as deadbeats.

Interview Question – Again, mostly one way communications.... no interest in candidate input   View Answer

Reason for Declining – Unacceptable Management and Ownership communications. If you are treated poorly when they are hiring, imagine what they do when you are hired.
