Interviewed Apr 2011 in Grand Rapids, MI (took 2+ weeks)
The Interview was STRANGE just talking back and forth with very few questions, talked abot their products and the sales pitch and commision. I did most of the questions he did ask "why should we hire you?" As for the initial phone call was no info just wanted to set up meeting. Then called back and wanted me to drive 180 miles away to another location said company policy is for two managers to give the nod. That interview lasted 30 minutes all what you average day was,the hours 5 and 7 pm app m-f and 9 and 11 on sat. Manager told me to call after interview, I called and he said he would call me later in the day my test scores were great ect. NO CAll so I called him on his cell phone let me go to voice mail Guess no Job. et 10% commision on jobs sold you pay for you gas phone ect.

Interviewed Jan 2010 (took 6 weeks)
Online application, online testing, initial phone interview, phone appointment of in person interview, very professional in person interview at branch location with a manager with whom you would seemingly be proud to work under, second phone interview and still waiting on 2nd in person interview. Process takes 4 to 6 weeks apparently. Very impressed with the way company presents itself and the level of new employee training offered.
