Interview

Where do you see yourself in the next five years? How do you adapt to customers? Give me a demo of a selling product. Also some people came dressed way too casual, but I would advise to really dress up. Not extreme for like business professional but be on the border line of that and business casual. Yes it is a casual environment where you can where jeans when your hired but in the interview come in like your taking the interviewers job not the sales job. Don't bother trying to put on perfume, they wont be able to smell it because you in Bath & Body Works for Peters sakes

Interview Questions

  • No questions where difficult. But if you don't answer with confidence or you answer is similar to everyone else's in the group you wont shine as much. Try being very detailed with your answers and act like you're a fake interviewer and you've done this before. Your confidence will make everyone else in the group nervous and the employer will be impressed... At least that how I did it.   1 Answer

Negotiation

I wasn't too worried about the pay here. I figured it would be low

    Application

The process took 2 daysinterviewed at Bath & Body Works in February 2010.

    Interview

The interview process was fairly simple. I had worked with the company before, so I had references to back me up. I talked briefly with the Store Manager of the store I was applying for (which was in a different state than my previous store), and then was asked to come back later that day to talk with the DM (District Manager). We went out for coffee and she basically asked me to go over the application that I filled out (the job history portion), why I wanted the job...pretty standard interview questions. A few days later I was offered the position. The main thing they like to hear is that you're interested in using the position to learn so that you can grow with the company, that you love the customers (because their customers rule!), that you love to teach, etc.
