Interviewed Nov 2010 (took a day)
It was my first group interview. I was really nervous since I didn't really know what to expect.
But the Assistant Manager doing the interview made it very causal and comfortable like we (a group of 9) was just discussing a company.
First we introduced ourselves and then was asked basic questions ex: why we would like to work for the company. (always know how to answer this question)
The interview ended us being instructed to sell a item from our bag/pocket to the assistant manger like she was a customer.
It was was a over all a good experience.
They said it will take until next week to find out if we got the position. (Interview was a day ago.)

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Green Bay, WI (took 1 week)
I was a walk-in applicant. The applications were outside the store. They were there for anyone to take. I filled it out and dropped it back off the next day. When I went there to drop off the application they had me set up an interview right there. The interview was very pleasant. It was a group interview. There was supposed to be three of us, but one girl did not show up so there was only two of us. It turned out really well.

Interviewed Oct 2010 (took a day)
I printed out a job application and turned it in in person to the store I wanted to work at. The manager scheduled an interview for me right then. I showed up for the interview and the interviewer seemed a bit all over the place. She had us stand in a corner of the store while she quickly asked us questions. She didnt write anything down so it was hard to tell who was doing well. She told us that if we didn't hear anything within the next week and a half it meant they had decided to go with a different person. Pretty quick and impersonal interview, lasted about 15 minutes.

Interviewed Oct 2010 (took 3 days)
Well at first i was a little nervous regarding the group interview because ive never had such an experience before. The fact that the manager and assistant were extremely friendly made the interview a great experience. i was interviewed along with 8 other candidates and it was a little frustrating because she only asked about 5-9 questions and EVERYONE would say practically the same things. At first i was shaking a little but nearing towards the middle i started to feel comfortable, it helped a lot that the atmosphere and friendliness of everyone there was just great. First of all they pretty much tell you about the job and the expectancy’s then they go on towards the interview questions.TIP; make sure you try to answer differently from everyone else and speak loudly and clearly. Telling the managers that you use Limited Brands products religiously is also a bonus. Make sure you let them know that your a team player because group interview is always about taking into consideration of others and listening to what they have to say and make sure you comment them. TIP; always always always laugh and SMILE!! even if you're nervous, suck it up and just try your best to get their attention! Well....... BEST OF LUCK! :D

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Cerritos, CA (took a day)
I walked in and noticed they were hiring. I asked one of the Associates and asked if they were actually hiring and she handed me an application. She gave me an interview date right on the spot. On the actual interview day, I was asked to pick up my favorite lotion before we started the interview. She asked why I chose that specific product. Advice to men: I'm a guy; it was a bit awkward when they told me to pick out my favorite lotion. I had no clue what to choose. My advice to you, if you're a guy, pick out whatever lotion and when they ask you why you chose it, say that it's something you would buy your girlfriend. It is a great moisturizer and a personal favorite in terms of scent.

Interviewed Sep 2010 (took a day)
I went in for an application two days ago, filled it out, and handed it in to the manager. He asked me if I had a few minutes to interview me. He pulled one of the other sales associates back to the interview with us, and asked several questions. It went very well and I was offered a job right then and there. He said they are hiring for seasonal, but will usually ask everyone to stay if they do a good job. I had to do a demonstration with my favorite lotion. I went up to a sales associate, told him about the lotion, put some on, and said if he likes it, there are also soaps and sprays.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in Grapevine, TX (took 3 days)
One of the remaining few employers that only do paper applications which is absolutely wonderful! I walked in to get my application on Saturday and returned it to them next and received an interview date for that Tuesday. I was surprised at first that two other ladies were joining me, mostly I was annoyed at that fact simply because at first I am a very shy person, but it turned into a better experience because listening to them and interacting with them brought me out of my shell and kind of boosted my confidence. The questions were easy, he asked one question for each prospective employee and at the end of the interview, which lasted about thirty minutes, we had all answered about four questions each. He talked A LOT about the company and benefits, an orientation almost didn't seem worth it afterwords. (lol). You are asked to grab a tester from your favorite B&BW product line (a lotion) to demonstrate, but we never demonstrated ... which was a relief because I'm not one to touch on people's hands.

I took my application in knowing they were hiring, and on the spot I got offered an interview only a couple hours later. The interview was alike other normal interviews. The basic questions of why would you want to work here and a lot about customer service. Asked about different scenerios with customers.
