Interview Details –
Was contacted by recruiter. Initial phone interview with recruitment team and then another phone interview with hiring manager (VP level)
Invited for face to face interview with 6 other individuals ranging from Sr Manager to Corp VP. . Interviews took place over 2 days. Very smooth process
Verbal offer within 1 week. Negotiated over another 1 week and then final written offer.
Professional and respectful process
Interview Question – Behavior and situational questions that were tailored to Baxter environment rather than general View Answer
Negotiation Details – Yes negotiations. Came to agreeable and win win compromise
Other Details - I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 days.
