Interviewed Apr 2011 (took 2 months)
I initially called a few offices to inquire about the ALDP (Associate Leadership Development Program). I was eventually put in contact with the southeastern recruiter. I had two phone interviews with the recruiter and then an in person interview with a division director. I had an additional interview with the national recruiter after that and was extended an offer.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Mount Laurel, NJ (took a day)
An agency recruiter sent me--with only three hours' notice!--to interview for a Communications Manager role at Bayada's corporate office, an hour from my home. I met with a Communications Director and Vice President (whose names I forget) who clearly had absolutely zero interest in meeting with me. While I walked them through a selection of clips (which they *insisted* I bring for their review), one of the men I was meeting with shoved my clips to the side and pulled out his brand new iPhone 4S to flip through his messages. The other one didn't acknowledge his companion's behavior. It was indescribably inconsiderate.

Interviewed Mar 2012 (took 3 weeks)
I applied online and received a call from the recruiter within a day or two. We had a good conversation about the company and the position. I then interviewed 1:1 with the office director, who had previously been a Client Services Associate, followed by two online "tests" and then 1:1 with the division director. Both of the 1:1 interviews were very good - they were very knowledgeable about the company and the position. They shared the good and the not so good elements of the job - everyone wanted to be sure this was a good fit for the company and for me. At both interviews, I was given the opportunity to shadow someone in the Client Service role. I was asked to provide references (which were contacted) and then I received a verbal offer, followed by an offer letter later that day.

Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 2 weeks)
I was asked to demonstrate skills having nothing to do with the job and then was critiqued on them. I don't know why the company was interested in me showcasing what I wasn't going to use and then taking its time to comment. IMO a waste for both sides.

Interviewed May 2011 in Harrisburg, PA (took 3 days)
A recruiter was very quick to contact me once I submitted my resume on-line. We set up a time for a telephone interview which lasted approximately 20 minutes (he was late calling me and his next phone interview started calling him so my time was cut short). He told me that I would be contacted either way and I never heard anything. I called him several times for an update and he kept telling me that "things are in process". Gave up after a while and started pursuing other opportunities.

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 4 weeks)
Received call from HR to schedule initial phone interview. HR sounded very nice and was very knowledgeable about the position and company. I then met with the Director of the office who was very pleasant and friendly. Both interviews were mainly questions about my resume and getting to know more about myself. My final interview was with the Divisional Director scheduled about a week later. She was very experienced, and wanted to get to know more about me and asked behavorial questions too. Both interviews took about an hour.
Huge red flag when I got a call from HR about a week later telling me that the office did not have the budget to hire anyone, even after I went through the entire interview process all the way to the end to find this out. Horrible experience and a complete waste of time.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Clearwater, FL (took 1 week)
To be hired by Bayada Nurses you must have all of the required paperwork they ask for and pass all the tests, such as physical, background, etc. All of your references will be checked. It is a paper folio that needs to be completed. If you have everything in writing and everything is verifiable you will be hired. You just can't look or act like Quasimodo during the interview. Show up, be polite, and you will be hired.
